By accessing or using Doc2Fix, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the service
Doc2Fix provides free and paid online tools for converting, editing, securing, and creating documents and images. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else's use of the service.
3. Local processing
Many Doc2Fix tools process files entirely in your browser. Your files and text are handled on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Where a tool requires server-side processing (for example, AI writing features that use an API key), the relevant data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
5. Paid services
Some features are offered as a paid subscription (Pro) or as pay-as-you-go credit packs. Payments are processed securely by a third-party provider. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Credits never expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Doc2Fix name, logo, and website content are owned by Doc2Fix unless otherwise stated. You retain full ownership of the files and documents you process using our tools. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any documents you upload or process.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doc2Fix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
